Gorilla’s Choice and The Tunnels present The Short Life of Gracie - EP launch night With support from Violet’s Mistake and Clayton Blizzard   The Short Life of Gracie:   The Short life of Gracie are a 4 piece, alt country band from Bristol who, after forming in 2010 have been fortunate enough to open sold out shows for amongst others The Handsome Family, The Acorn, Port o’ Brien and The Cave Singers, recently reviewed in Venue magazine as `highly impressive`. Gracie have just recorded their first self-titled EP

Violets Mistake:
 
Violet's Mistake are a 3 piece avant-garde musical band from Bristol. Their blend of melodic and blissful mayhem and their obsession with all things Fender will leave you feeling alright. Melding ‘Iron & Wine’ with ‘My Bloody Valentine’, their live shows mesmerise, engage and uplift.
 
Clayton Blizzard:
 
An acoustic folk rapper, beguiling of lyric and intricate of instrumentation, Blizzard mashes folk and hip hop like the long-lost cousins they are – seeing (and showing) that the characteristics are the same, even though the accents are different.  This man has been described as a “lyrical genius” by several reviews.
Blizzard has performed all over the UK, as well as abroad. He has shared stages with such diverse and well-respected acts as:  Canadian punk legends Propagandhi, London upstarts The King Blues, and Anticon luminaries Sage Francis, Themselves and Sole
