The Tunnels Bristol is a well established independent live music venue. We are ideally located by the side of Temple Mead's railway station in Lower Station Approach Road. The venue is housed in two old former railway arches which have been totally transformed to make way for this live music environment.
The Tunnels Bristol is a 350 capacity venue and we offer a wide range of live music events, including established acts along with showcasing new and emerging talent both locally and from around the world.

Parking - Parking outside the venue is no longer free of charge. The car park ownership has changed hands. This has resulted in there being a small fee to park outside the venue for the duration of a gig. The cost is generally between £2 - £4 for the whole evening. This must be pre-booked at www.yourparkingspace.co.uk
Simply search for Temple Meads, choose the Lower Approach Road car park and follow the instructions to book your space.
Failing to do so can result in a £100 fine.
Gig timings - As a rule, the vast majority of our shows will run from 7.30pm - Midnight/1am, unless otherwise specified.
We try our best to allow at least 30 - 40 minutes from doors opening before the first act takes to the stage. This is to give everybody a fair chance of getting to the venue, getting in and grabbing a drink before the show starts.
Last orders will always be at 12.30 at the latest, with the venue being cleared by 1am (exceptions do apply).
No admittance after 11pm.
Accessibility - The Tunnels is easily accessed via wheelchair with a ramp in either Tunnel.We have a large accessible toilet located in the bar tunnel. If you require any assistance on the night, please just ask our staff and we will be more than happy to help in any way we can.
Refund Policy - If a show is cancelled/re-scheduled due to a fault of our own, the fault of the promoting body or an issue with the weather a full refund or ticket transfer is offered.
Aside from exceptional circumstances, refunds are not offered for shows that are still going ahead as planned. If you would like to discuss the option of a refund, please contact the office or firstname.lastname@example.org
Tickets/e-tickets/collection - If you buy a ticket through our website, you'll have 3 options. Delivery, collection or e-ticket. If you opt for an e-ticket, the ticket will be emailed to the email address with which you made the account (currently being set up, so for the time being, the email confirmation will act as your ticket). If you opt for collection, you will receive an email confirmation and the tickets will be left on the door to collect on the night of the event as you arrive to the event*.
If you opt for postage, you will be charged £2.50 and the tickets will be sent directly to your address. Please do not opt for postage if the event date is within a week of the order date as we cannot guarantee that the tickets will arrive in time.
*Please do not opt for collection if you need the tickets before the event date.
Anything else - No alcohol purchased on the premises is to be taken off the premises.
No alcohol purchased off the premises is to be brought into the venue.
We operate a zero drugs policy.
We do not tolerate abuse/violence of any kind.
The management reserve the right to refuse entry to any person.
We do have a cloakroom. It's £1 per item. Items left at owners risk.
